So this is progress, right! Well, I lost 2.5 lbs last week and 3 lbs this week after 14 days of non-cheating! Now tell me that that is not working, because oh my god, IT IS!!! I'm so happy that finally I have found 'the problem'. Those single cheat days were ruining my whole week's worth of hard work!!! Oh yeah...and I guess getting back to running and doing lunges is probably helping out too :P ...but I like feeling fitter as well :)
So no more cheating!!
I'm going down...in the weigh-scale department, that is! hehe!
